Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 11, 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Black Label Detailing of Michigan. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or allowing us to perform services on your vehicle, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by Black Label Detailing of Michigan.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, vehicle information, service location, and any other information reasonably necessary to complete the requested service.

Because we provide mobile detailing services, arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, previous appointments, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

2. Service Location and Vehicle Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is legally and safely accessible at the agreed service location.

The customer must provide Black Label Detailing of Michigan with access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time, including keys when necessary to perform the requested services.

The service location must provide sufficient space and reasonably safe working conditions. We reserve the right to decline, postpone, relocate, or discontinue a service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for detailing.

3. Vehicle Condition

Customers should inform us before service begins of any known damage, defects, loose or damaged components, aftermarket modifications, electrical problems, water leaks, or other conditions that could affect the detailing process.

Existing scratches, dents, stains, chips, cracks, fading, oxidation, worn materials, or other damage may become more noticeable after a vehicle has been cleaned.

Black Label Detailing of Michigan is not responsible for preexisting damage or deterioration that occurs because a component or material was already damaged, defective, improperly installed, excessively worn, or otherwise compromised before service began.

4. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing valuables, money, important documents, medications, fragile items, and other personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment.

We are not responsible for personal property left inside the vehicle unless loss or damage results from conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.

Items left inside the vehicle may limit our ability to clean certain areas.

5. Pricing and Additional Services

Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, requested services, location, or the amount of time and labor reasonably required.

Vehicles requiring excessive cleaning because of conditions such as heavy pet hair, excessive dirt, significant staining, bodily fluids, biohazards, excessive trash, or other unusually difficult conditions may require additional charges or may be declined.

Any material additional charges will be communicated to the customer before the additional work is performed whenever reasonably practicable.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service.

Payment must be made when services are rendered and may not be postponed or deferred to a later date unless Black Label Detailing of Michigan has agreed otherwise in writing before the appointment.

The customer is responsible for all authorized services and applicable charges.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed detailing services, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the completed work before the detailer leaves the service location.

If you have a concern regarding the quality of a service, please bring it to our attention promptly so we have a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address the concern.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change. Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Black Label Detailing of Michigan reserves the right to establish and enforce cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, or no show fees when those fees have been disclosed to the customer before booking.

9. Weather and Mobile Service Conditions

Because our services are performed on location, weather and environmental conditions may affect our ability to safely or effectively complete an appointment.

We reserve the right to reschedule, delay, modify, or discontinue an appointment because of rain, storms, extreme temperatures, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances that could affect employee safety or service quality.

10. Service Results

Detailing can significantly improve the appearance and condition of a vehicle, but specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Some stains, scratches, odors, contamination, oxidation, paint defects, or other imperfections may be permanent or may require services beyond those originally purchased.

We do not guarantee the complete removal of every stain, odor, scratch, defect, or contaminant.

11. Photos and Documentation

Black Label Detailing of Michigan may photograph or document a vehicle before, during, or after service for purposes such as documenting its condition, quality control, or resolving customer concerns.

Any use of vehicle photographs for advertising, social media, or other promotional purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Black Label Detailing of Michigan will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

13. Website Use

Information provided on our website is intended for general informational purposes and may be updated at any time.

Customers may not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use website content for unlawful purposes.

14. Privacy

Information collected through our website, booking process, communications, and services will be handled in accordance with the Black Label Detailing of Michigan Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

Black Label Detailing of Michigan may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The current version and its effective date will be posted on our website.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
